Delivery of event bookings
Events and training workshops are scheduled to run on specific dates at specific pre-booked venues. Event payments are collected in advance at point of reservation of place(s).
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Full payment must be received before the start of any paid event. We offer a full refund on any place booked on one of our training events at any point up to 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled event date will not be eligible for any refunds.
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on our video courses. If, within 14 days of buying a course, you decide that it’s not for you just email i[email protected] letting us know the reason and we will process your refund.
